Can I track my order?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and all the information required to track your package. If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like more information, please email us at service@Containitude.com.
How do I return an item purchased online?
Please download a printable return form. We also ask that you use the return label enclosed with your order.
Refunds can be granted either by mail locations within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Exchanges accepted in store only. For more details, please see our online exchange & return policy section.
Do I have to pay shipping fees if I return an item by mail?
Yes. A return label will be included in your parcel. Should you choose to return merchandise and use the return label, the amount of $3.99 + taxes will be deducted from your refund. No refund or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges, unless merchandise is defective or Containitude is at fault. In these cases, Containitude pay the shipping costs
How do I obtain a refund for items returned by mail?
Returns sent by mail must be postdated within 30 days of the original date of purchase. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment and are usually processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.
How long does it take for refunds to come through?
Refunds are generally processed within five business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.
